1. Non-Refundable Payment

1.1 All payments made for this program are final and non-refundable, regardless of circumstances, including inability to attend.
1.2 Payment secures your reserved spot in the program and represents your full commitment to participation.

2. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

2.1 Confidentiality of Participants:
2.1.1 Participants must keep the identities and personal experiences of all other attendees confidential.
2.1.2 No discussions, written accounts, or media (e.g., photos or videos) involving other participants or their shared experiences may be disclosed in any manner, publicly or privately.

2.2 Location Confidentiality:
2.2.1 The specific location of the retreat is private and must not be shared publicly, privately, or on any platform without prior written approval from the Facilitator.
2.2.2 Participants may not visit or appear at the retreat location outside the scheduled program dates or designated times.

2.3 Non-Disclosure of Program Content:
2.3.1 All teachings, exercises, and activities shared during the program are proprietary to the Facilitator.
2.3.2 Participants agree not to reproduce, teach, distribute, or share any content from the program without express written permission.

3. Participation Requirements

3.1 Participants are required to engage fully and respectfully during all program activities.
3.2 Participants must respect personal boundaries, consent, and the safety of all other attendees at all times.
3.3 Participants will not show up to sessions under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
3.4 The Facilitator reserves the right to remove any Participant from the program for disruptive behavior, violation of this Agreement, or failure to comply with program policies. Removal does not entitle the Participant to any refund.

4. Scope of Playshop

4.1 Participants understand that the Hands On Sex Couple’s Playshop is an interactive, participatory retreat. 

4.2 Participants understand this retreat will include clothing-optional elements and consensual touch between couples.

4.3 The Facilitator does not act as a surrogate sexual partner, does not engage in sexual intercourse with Participants, and will not get romantically or sexually involved with any Participants.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All materials provided during the program, including exercises, demonstrations, and digital or printed content, are the exclusive property of Eva Blake.
5.2 Participants are granted access for personal use only and may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1 Participants accept full responsibility for their emotional, mental, and physical well-being during and after the program.
6.2 The Facilitator is not liable for any outcomes, injuries, or damages resulting from participation in the program.
6.3 Participants understand that Sexological Bodywork, Somatic Sex Education, or Relationship Coaching is NOT a substitute for psychotherapy, medical advice, medical treatment or massage therapy.

7. Scheduling and Attendance

7.1 Participants must adhere to the program schedule and arrive on time for all sessions.
7.2 Missing sessions or activities will not entitle the Participant to refunds or rescheduling opportunities.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 In the event of a dispute with the facilitator or any of the other participants, the Participant will address concerns directly with the Facilitator in a respectful and constructive manner.
8.2 Participants will not make disparaging comments on social media, online forums, blogs, or any other public or private platform.
8.3 Any disputes arising from this Agreement will first be addressed through mediation before pursuing other legal avenues.
8.4 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Acknowledgment

By typing their full name as an electronic signature of this Agreement, the Participant confirms understanding and acceptance of these terms, including the non-disclosure and confidentiality provisions, and agrees to fully comply with all conditions.
